Panel cut to size and edge banding

Melamine Faced Chipboard is one of the most common types of engineered woods used for kitchens and mid-end furniture. The initial panels are produced in standard sizes, while the panel’s edges are “naked”. Cut to size and edge banding allows to prepare these panels for immediate assembling.

Wood sawing

Most of the hardwoods and softwoods have to be machine sawn before final use, especially for furniture and architectural purposes. Depending on the product’s density, we use more or less advanced machines to handle this sawing process before delivery.

Pallets

Pallets are usually built from whitewood, and are used for transportation purposes to carry specific goods and ensure stability while being shipped or lifted by a forklift. Pallets also significantly increase storage efficiencies in warehouses and containers.

Tongue and groove

This process allows wood planks to interlock, edge to edge, like the pieces of a puzzle. This is particularly useful for flooring, decking, or ceilings mounting.
